This blog has been created to share the family history and genealogy of the Trubshaw-Vilter families. The blog is named "Tarry-A-Bit" after the Pine Lake (Nashotah, Wisconsin) home of Theo O. and Bertha (Meiners) Vilter. "Tarry-A-Bit" was purchased by Theo O. Vilter in 1909 and was the site of many memorable gatherings for four generations of Vilter descendants.
